I have been in your shoes. I know how hard it is to take care of your health while teaching. What I found through my experience in the classroom was that most teachers don’t even know where to start when it comes to their health. There are so many fad diets and misinformation floating around that it can get really confusing.

FAQs

 

+ When does this program start?

The next round of TMN will start September 18th, 2023!

+ Can I join TMN if I’m really busy?

YES! This program is designed with the teacher in mind. I am a former teacher so I GET IT!

You will have access to a home or gym workout plan that includes 3 or 5 days of workouts that last 30-45 min. You are able to easily move around your workouts to better fit your schedule. We will talk about this before we start and make sure your goals make sense for you.

The community group is available to support you 24/7 and you’re able to pop in there at your own leisure. Our weekly coaching calls are 30-60 minutes but don’t worry, you’ll have access to the replays if you can’t make them live!

+ Will I be working directly with Brooklyn?

YES! Brooklyn will be leading each weekly workshop call and she will also be active in the community group.

+ How soon will I see results?

You will start feeling better inside almost immediately just by dialing in your nutrition, moving your body and leveling up your mindset. It may take your outside a few weeks to catch up but that’s okay, because we’re not looking for a quick fix. This program is sustainable and remember that we’re in this for the long haul! We will of course celebrate every win (big and small) along the way!

+ What if I don’t have a gym membership?

That is totally fine! You will be able to choose between a home or gym workout plan. For the home plan, the only equipment you’ll need is a set of dumbells.

+ What if I don’t know how to do certain exercises?

I got you covered, girl! You’ll have full access to the Teachers Gone Strong training app which has demo videos for every single exercise!

+ I hear you talking about macros, I have no idea what those even are! Will that hinder me from getting results?

No, absolutely not! You will learn HOW to track macros in this program! You’ll also get my nutrition guide which teaches you all the fundamentals of nutrition. It doesn’t matter if you have NO clue what a macro is OR you’ve tracked before- you’ll fit right in! We will also cover other options if tracking macros isn’t for you.

+ Will I have to say no to a social life or holidays/celebrations?

Definitely not! Restriction always leads to overeating later, which is why it’s not part of the plan. Your nutrition and workout plan is flexible meaning you will learn how to make this work while still enjoying your favorite events/food! You’ll be able to enjoy your date night or birthday party and move on!

+ I’ve never paid for an online coach before, is the investment worth it?

I totally get it, this can seem like a big commitment BUT... Investing in yourself is ALWAYS worth it. If you’re ready to level up in your health journey, this is the next best step. If you’re willing to put in the work, you’ll have a complete mind and body transformation by the time these 8 weeks are over. Is that worth it to you?
